The purpose of the Chokers Who Rock monthly newsletter is to share the stories of students on campus who exemplify the spirit of the GHC vision to be a catalyst for positive change. We will feature up to five students a month throughout the academic year. If you would like to nominate a Choker Who Rocks, email Lindsey Coulson, Student Life Advisor, at Students, staff, and faculty may make nominations.

Briana Sansaver

A graduate of GHC’s Human Services program last June, Briana Sansaver has made it her life goal and passion to promote the education and understanding of diversity, hoping to better the world we live in. That is why she decided to attend Grays Harbor College, because she wanted her children (and future generations) to grow up in a better world.

By his own admission, Randall Goulet is the epitome of a lifelong student and learner.

“I am addicted to learning and the sciences. I want to be able to influence people by the sciences and help them to achieve their dreams,” explains Randall.

An eagerness to get involved and to make the most of her time at GHC perfectly describes Audrey Till’s attitude since she enrolled at the College. Her decision to go to GHC focuses on a desire to create a better future for her and her children.

Wes Tucker

Freshman Wes Tucker is taking advantage of as many opportunities as possible during his time at GHC. As a broadcast communications student, baseball payer, and president of the newly formed Sports Media Club, Wes enjoys being busy and involved.
