Introducing Your Parent Portal

All parents and guardians of students in the Chillicothe R-II School District have access to the grades, attendance and other important information regarding their children. The parent(s)' email address is always the username for the Parent Portal and a password will be randomly assigned to parents and guardians once their student is first enrolled. Parents and guardians of new students must complete the online registration forms found on their Parent Portal and submit the forms before new students can begin classes once the online registration window is open on August 2, 2021. Transportation - Use Our App and Register for Bussing

Ride 360, an app designed to help parents and the District's transportation department communicate more effectively, is now available. The app functions much like the Uber app and and will also provide a map of the bus route a parent's child is riding, the location of their bus and an approximate ETA to their bus stop. Information on how to register for this app can be found at the following link: Ride 360


To sign your student(s) up for a bus route, please complete the appropriate form below. Elementary - K-5; CMS - Grades 6-8; CHS - Grades 9-12.


NOTE: The Chillicothe R-II Transportation Department will not be adding additional stops after the July 30th registration deadline. Those students registered after July 30th will have to use pre-existing stops which may be different from the stops established last year. Updates will be made to the routes after the first month of school.

CELC will have preschool screenings on:

  • October 7
  • December 9
  • February 24
  • May 15-17


Please note that pre-k entry screenings are held for children turning 4 on or before July 31, 2023 for enrollment during the 2023-2024 school year, and for younger children who are experiencing learning and developmental delays for enrollment at any time.
