Exhibitor Information for MAME 49

My name is Klaudia Janek and I am the MAME 49 Exhibits Co-Chair. I am a school librarian at the International Academy in Bloomfield Hills, MI. My Co-Chair is Kristin Lavoie and she is the school librarian at the International Academy East campus in Troy, MI.

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I will do my best to accommodate any requests.

We have an "exhibitor only" time scheduled. We are working on some ideas to have attendees visit all the booths. If you have any advice on that, I am happy to listen. We have shortened our exhibits time based on feedback from last years exhibitors. However, feel free to stay for the duration of the conference or submit a proposal for a presentation. Lunch is included in the cost of the booth reservation. We hope that you will feel welcome to join us for a meal. We also have an after-hours event which is the perfect opportunity for informal networking. Librarians After Dark occurs Wednesday night after our pre-conference and Thursday night after our awards ceremony.

Individuals must call the hotel at 734-761-7800 to place the reservations on or before October 10, 2022.

Guests must state that they are with the Michigan Association of Education in Media block at the time of reservation in order to receive the discounted room rate.

Block code is Michigan Association of Education in Media. (yes, the hotel got our name wrong in the contract)

Please book in our conference block because we need to meet a minimum number of rooms as stated in our contract. We are encouraging all or attendees, vendors and presenters to do this.

Unopposed exhibit time will be 11:30-1:30 with lunch included

Exhibits end at 4:00pm - start tear down - hall will be used for evenings Gala event.
