Need to Know Information

Dr. Seuss Spirit Week: This week, February 28- March 3, is Dr. Seuss Week! In honor of one of our favorite authors, we are going to have a Dr. Seuss Spirit Week to celebrate reading. Each day will coordinate with one of our favorite Dr. Seuss books! See the details below.

Menus: We will share the March menus as soon as we receive them! They were not available at time of publishing of the Pirate Gram this week!


CSCO LIl' Pirates Basketball League Games: The CSCO Lil' Pirates Basketball games start on Saturday, March 4. The first game is at 9 AM! These games will be held in the Jr. High Gym and admission is $1.00 for each adult.


Smile Center at Crane Elementary: The Smile Center will be at Crane Elementary on March 9 for fluoride treatments for Kindergarten through 6th grade students.


Official Communication: Please remember that all school related communications with staff should come through either phone, direct school email, or Class Dojo.

Concession Stand Help Needed: CSCO needs help with the concession stands for the Jr. High Volleyball season. If you would like to help out the organization which helps our kids, please sign up here for a night in the concession stand!


CSCO Pirate Showcase Forms: CSCO is hosting a Pirate Showcase where students and family members can show off their talents! The Pirate Showcase will take place on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 7 PM. If you or your child would like to perform during this event, please fill out the form and return it by March 3, 2023. We can't wait to see all the talents so many of our students' possess!


Student Absences: If your child is absent from school for any reason, please call the office to let us know. The phone number is 417-723-5300 ext. 902.


Breakfast: If your child is a parent drop off each morning and wants to eat breakfast at school, he/she needs to be dropped off no later than 7:40 AM. We have had a few come after 7:45 and they do not have time to get to breakfast before being counted tardy for class.


SNAP and Medicaid Application Assistance: If you would like assistance in applying for SNAP or Medicaid, then please call the Elementary office so we can help you set up an appointment with someone who can help you complete the process. If you would like us to send home applications for you to complete on your own, we can do that too. Just give us call and let us know how we can help! 417-723-5300 ext 902.
