IPA Event Sign Up
Event is Tomorrow!
To everyone that has already signed up to help with the High School Indoor Percussion show (IPA) - THANK YOU!! The day will begin at 12:30 with instructions and a short chat. It is shaping up to be a great day!!
We are still in need of more volunteers. If you, or someone you may know would be able to help, ... please do.
As of 9am on Friday, we still need:
1 more adult helper for outside to direct traffic/parking.
4 more youth helpers for outside to direct traffic/parking.
1 more adult helper for the Warm-Up area.
5 more adult/youth helpers to direct hallway traffic.
1 volunteer to take care of basic first aid for our performers and spectators. Although this station usually sees little more action than bandages and ice packs, we do need someone with a medical background.
2 more for the sanitizing crew.
2 more for the headquarters area/general runner.
