Challenge Day at GJSHS on December 13!

Attention all GJSHS students and parents! Challenge Day is coming on Thursday, December 13 to GJSHS. This is an interactive bullying and violence prevention program that will provide our students an amazing experience to build a school environment of acceptance, unity, and respect. This one-day workshop goes beyond traditional anti-bullying efforts by building community and inspiring a movement of positive change. Portola and Quincy High Schools are also participating in this program at their schools.

Please visit the website https://www.challengeday.org for more information about this nationally recognized program. Opt-out permission slips were sent home with students last week and should be returned by December 10. Additional copies are available in the office if you do not want your child to participate. Please call the GJSHS office if you have questions.

About Us

Indian Valley Elementary School and Greenville Junior/Senior High School are in beautiful western Plumas County. We serve the students of Indian Valley, which includes the communities of Greenville, Crescent Mills, Taylorsville, and Canyon Dam. We are essentially a K-12 school since we are located on one large campus where we share several facilities.
