About Charles Grandison Finney
He was born on August 29, 1792 and died on August 16, 1875. He was a son of farmers and he was the youngest of fifteen children. Finney never went to college. Finney was twice a widower and married three times. Finney was a primary influence on the "revival" style of the believe of God which emerged in the 19th century. It was said that not all people could be saved from their sins. He said " Let no one expect to saved from hell, unless the grace of the Gospel saves him first from sin." He was an American Presbyterian minister and leader in the Second Great Awakening in the United States. Finny preached that everybody can go to heaven.
