Ms. Munshower's Newsletter
April 18 - April 22
Our Week
On Monday, we began reading books about things that you can find in the garden called "Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt." Our taste test was celery root. I was surprised how many liked it. On Tuesday, we read a book called "Garden Wigglers," which was all about earthworms. On Wednesday, I read a story called, "Diary of a Worm." The kids enjoyed laughing during this fiction story. Our healthy taste test was gooseberries. On Thursday, I read, "Wonderful Worms." On Friday, we had a special Earth Day rotation schedule. Our healthy taste test that day was peppers.
Our new words for the week were they and she.
