We wish to thank you all for working hard to keep traffic safety a priority at HFCS. Please be reminded that the road parallel to the school, heading into the parking lot, is now two-way traffic. Unfortunately, our most vulnerable students must still park angled until the snow melts! Please SLOW DOWN and be mindful of your surroundings. A child's life is not worth the 2 minutes you might save getting to work.

Our hot lunch program continues to run twice a month for students in Grades 1-6. You will need to set up an account for your child. Our school is listed as 'Friends of Holy Family Catholic School'. Orders are due 5 days before each hot lunch date. If you have any questions or can volunteer to hand out lunch, please contact Jonelle at kreiserj@shaw.ca

We are dedicated to building a Catholic, Christian community that prepares our students to know, model, and witness Jesus Christ. Our faith theme this year is ”ARISE: GO WITH GOD”. Pope Francis speaks directly to all young people, especially students, with a call to ARISE. He wants to inspire today’s youth to use their God-given gifts and talents to make the world a better place.

Waaaay back in the beginning, in the Book of Genesis, God asked a man named Abraham to take a chance and trust him. Abraham and God made a pact, a COVENANT, to stick together. And from there, our faith grew and eventually led to the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. PLUS, I'm back from California with tales of rapping priests, broccoli recipes and DISNEYLAND!
