social emotional learning tips and resources for you
From August to May, parents will receive helpful tips, strategies, activities and resources to help children improve social and emotional learning skills. Being able to solve problems, making and keeping friends, dealing with anger, developing empathy, persistence and self-control, are some of these skills. Family and school can work together to improve these. Focusing on sel skills at home and school, can lead to school, work and life success for our kids. The flyers are an easy read on smart phones and tablets. View the short video clips. Browse through and find something that might be useful at a particular moment, or as you plan for the school year with your family.
