WLCSD 2019-2020 Teacher of the Year Nominations
The Walled Lake Consolidated School District believes that all teachers have a profound effect on the students whose lives they touch. In an effort to acknowledge the quality of our entire teaching staff we would like to publicly recognize some of our exemplary teachers. Therefore, we are actively involved in a District Teacher/Educator of the year recognition program, as well as the Oakland County Teacher of the Year and State of Michigan Teacher of the Year programs at each level (elementary, middle school and high school).
If you would like to nominate a teacher, please see the nomination form below.
Student Council
Being a member of the Student Council requires a high degree of commitment and a willingness to lead. If you are selected to become a Student Council Representative, you will have the opportunity to guide our school activities. A sense of pride and school spirit is promoted through the Council and the activities sponsored by this group.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your completed application to Mrs. Linen in room 210.
Take Your Parent to Lunch Day - October 16th
October 14 - 18 is National School Lunch Week. As part of this week long recognition of our hard working cafeteria staff, we are excited to offer parents the opportunity to join their children for lunch on October 16th.
This will provide parents the opportunity to experience the healthy and delicious choices that your children have each day in our cafeteria. We hope that you will be able to join us on the 16th!

Cafeteria Information
If your child is planning on purchasing their lunch, please remind them to bring their student ID with them to the cafeteria. When students have their ID, it speeds up the check out process and allows students to maximize their time in the cafeteria. Thank you!
Please follow the link below to access the September Lunch Menu
Parent Drop Off Procedures
Please only drop students off on the curb along the gym side of the building. Please do not park your car in the parking lot when dropping students off. When students have to cross through the parent drop off area they are creating an unsafe situation for themselves. This issue will become increasingly unsafe as the sun rises later in the morning. I have attached our parent drop off visual below.
