Whats Ergonomics?
Ergonomics is the study of people's efficiency in their working environment. Some examples of ergonomics are upward keyboard sloping, sitting for too long, chair is to low for your desk. To prevent these you can do exercises such as stretching your wrist, breathe deeply and relax, and stand up and stretch.
Relax yourself and sit straight
When you know you're going to be in a chair for a while you should always sit straight to prevent having a bad back when you get older.
Proper lifting techniques
Improper lifting can lead to back, leg, and arm pain that's why you use the proper lifting techniques. Lifting close to your body is one of them, you'll be more stable rather than the objects being at the end of your reach. Another one is feet shoulder width apart. A solid base is important while lifting. Feet to close together will be unbalanced and to far apart will be the same.
Wrist and fingers
When your typing on the computer you should be careful because there disorders in your wrist too. You can get them by your mouse isn't placed correctly, your keyboard is placed to high or to low, edge of your desk is putting pressure on your palm side of your hand.

Negative Effects
Poor posture while sitting for extended periods of time has the potential to lead to many negative side effects. We all know that sitting improperly has a definite impact on our bodies, especially our backs. However, there are many unseen impacts that you might not have considered. Bad posture has been proven to have a negative effect on mood for those who sit for extended periods.Sitting still for long periods of time can lead to the formation of spider veins, mostly in women. The increased pressure of sitting and lack of circulation throughout the body is to blame for this.
