Yearly Consent Forms
Every year parents must give their consent for children to attend field trips, use lockers and access technology. Please take a moment this week to visit your PowerSchool ParentPortal and complete the annual consent forms for each child you have attending an EICS school. If you have not already completed an EICS Demographic Confirmation Form for your child this is a great opportunity to get that completed as well. This forms ensures that we have up-to-date information to reach you in an emergency.
Please contact the school office if your have any questions or require assistance completing these forms - we are here to help!
Teachers are busy finalizing their plans for field trips and presentations for the year and we expect to have information about the exciting events they have planned for your child shortly. The fee for Field Trips and Presentations will be added to your child's PowerSchool account in October.
If the paying of fees is a financial difficulty you may be eligible for the EICS Fee Waiver Program, please visit the EICS website to learn more. The deadline for applications is December 13, 2019.
If you need to send an email to the school, please send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org and mark who it is intended for.
Alternatively, please email your child's teacher directly or connect with them via the communication route established for that homeroom. Many classrooms use Class Dojo as their way to stay connected with you.
Thank you for your patience during this temporary inconvenience.
