PGES--Mid-Year Review

Teachers should speak to their evaluating principal by January 15th to schedule a mid-year review that needs to be completed before final exams begin in Trimester 2.

You must have the following items complete before your conference can take place :

1. Student voice is complete

2. PGP – reflections and evidence has been recorded

3. Post-test has been given and you have data for your student growth goal ( you will need to know the results)

The date you schedule should be late January or early Feb (prior to final exams).

Self-Assessment Survey

It is time to take our annual self-assessment (SAS) survey for our PBIS program. We use this data to assess the effectiveness of our school's behavior support system and its implementation. These results are summarized and analyzed for annual action planning, internal decision making, staff awareness, and PBIS team validation.

All staff is encouraged to participate in this survey as a way to gain information on our program. We are hoping for 100% staff participation. The survey is completely anonymous, and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. I, as well as others, will be sending regular reminders to staff to complete the survey as soon as possible. Please have the survey complete by the end of the day on Friday, January 22nd.

All that you have to do is click on the link below; it will take you directly to the survey. If you have any questions about some of the verbiage of the questions or aren't sure if we implement a particular concept, feel free to contact Chelsea Gomez. Several people work diligently to make this program a success, and we would like to hear your feedback. Thank you in advance for your time.
