Jon Bohmer

He was born in 1869.


Jon Bohmer was the creater of the Kyoto Box.


To make the box you need cardbord, foil, and sunlight.


It cost only about $5 to make.


His family started his company making the Kyoto Box when he was 19 years old.


He shut down his company in 2011.

Dijanna Figueroa

She wanted to be a Marine Biologist for as long as she can remember.


She became one.


She spends up to 12 hours a day in her lab.


Dijanna studys the metabolisms of animals.


These creatures live atleast 2 kilometers below the ocean surface.


Dijanna is currently working as a project scientist at the Marines.
