THE FOLLOWING WORK IS BEING DONE BY F & G

* Auditing the reimbursement claims

*Searching the new office for LC

*Collecting dues from the members

*Reviewing the Financial Policies (i.e set of rules regarding the financial system of LC)

*Maintaining receipts,vouchers and invoices

GTS ISM

*Parth Boon has been raised from external market for a Global


Talent internship.


* A total of 4 Leads have been found. CV’s of these three


LEADS has been given to the LCP so that they can be


matched or projects can be found


* IR has been set up with Philippines, Kuala Lumpur and


Brazil.


* Akash has been included in the GTS Commission AIESEC


INDIA.


*New contract has been received from the GTS Commission


AIESEC INDIA.


* Job Description has been made and submitted to the talent


management team for the recruitment of 3 members


* IIM RNACHI was pitched on 7th July, 2016 and an


Information Seminar will be conducted in the next week.


* A report has been submitted to the GTS Commission


regarding our LC requirements and also about our planning


till June, 2017.

SPECIAL REPORT ON IIM RANCHI

HIGHLIGHTS-


1) Created relevant contacts in IIM


2) Had a conversation with the president of student coordinator


3) Had a small meeting with the student coordinator


4) The working system of this external market was known


5) Interest of the students ( customers ) was known


6) The request for information seminar was approved by IIM regarding Global Talent

1) EPs are contacted and GC feedback is being taken


2) Conducted 1 Reintegration seminar


3) Report on all the raises of last year is being done.

1) Timeline and calendar for the recruitment process is completed
