Event Information

TWHS Feeder String Fling!

This is an all-day event for TWHS feeder. However, it is not an all-day event for you.

Below are the performance times for each school. You may leave after your performance.

**If you have not completed your concert credit, you should stay for all McCullough orchestras.

There will be fun games and food for those who choose to hang out at the festival!

Performance Times:

12:30 PM - Deretchin

1:00 PM - Coulson Tough

2:30 PM - Mitchell

4:30 PM - McCullough

7:00 PM - TWHS

Call Times for McC Students:

*You will all meet in the band hall at your specified time below.

3:30PM - Sinfonietta & Philharmonic

3:45PM - Camerata & Symphony

4:05PM - Concert & Chamber

Attire:

DARK Blue Jeans and your Orchestra T-Shirt with closed-toed shoes.

*This is a ROCK concert. Feel free to wear heavy rock make up, jewelry, shoes, etc.

What all is going on at the String Fling?!

We will have three different blow-up obstacle courses. They will be in TWHS cafeteria from Noonish until 4PM.
There will be food trucks for families (and students if you are not eating dinner with us). These will be in the parking lot outside of the cafeteria.

Food Trucks will be there from 3PM-6:30PM
Smart Drinks Smoothies & Coffee
D-Luxe BBQ

We will be having a feeder dinner for all performing students at 5:30PM. Pizza will be ordered according to the number of tickets sold. The pizza dinner is only for performing students in TWHS feeder.
You must buy a $5 ticket through Ludus. The link will be sent out soon.

All Black dresses must be turned in by Friday, May 5th.

Dresses must be dry cleaned.
Students must let either Mrs. Odeh or Ms. Ortiz know when they are returning their dress. We will then cross your name off our list.
When you return them, please keep the plastic cover on the dress and write your first and last name in permanent marker on the plastic.
Any student who does not turn their dress in, will have a $70 fee charged to their School Cash Online account.
Owing money to the school can cause a delay in receiving your diploma after graduation. Please make sure you get this taken care of.
Please reach out to your director with any questions or concerns.

Each year we allow students to turn in their own designs for the next school year’s t-shirt & locker sign. After the deadline, May 13th @11:59PM, we will send all designs out for a vote. Designs will be anonymous until a winner is picked!
