What is culture? It can be learned or is something that comes to us since we are born in a specific environment?

Generally each person has different behavior and different ways of living, because of his status or because the circumstances that each one has lived during his life.

But something that every body has in common in that we are all human beings, this is something universal something that is in our genetic. The basic needs are the same for each one of us, first we have to survive and then it comes the rest.

But something that every body has in common in that we are all human beings, this is something universal something that is in our genetic. The basic needs are the same for each one of us, first we have to survive and then it comes the rest.

The culture is something that comes after all this, is something that you learn during your life, due to the the environment, the family, the people with whom you surrounded yourself, the education, the working environment etc.

Many are the things and situations that create each ones culture, so it is something that is very difficult to change in, but not impossible.

The culture also is influenced by religion; there are cultural differences between religions but something that is more important than the religion is your nationality. You can change your religion but you can’t change what you are, with what each one identifies himself.

After been human begins and create your own culture it comes the personality this is something that come in your gens and also something that you learn during your life, you are creating your own personality during your entire life.

This is why the communication between persons of different cultures sometimes is difficult; each one comes from a different background with different ideas and ways of thinking.

But why the work that has been done between teams of different cultures, in a multicultural teams is better than the one that has been done by persons that share the same or similar cultures?

It does not exist a universal answer for this question but in my opinion sharing ideas from different perspectives is much more valuable and complete than if you share ideas from a single perspective.

The result is going to be wider and this is going to open the result to bigger and more complete answers.

As it can read in the book “The Medici Effect” the intersections between cultural teams are more valuable than the ones that are not, reaching to an incredible results. “The Medici Effect is the result of the phenomenon that happened in Florence, when diverse concepts, cultures, and disciplines intersected, leading to one of Europe's most creative eras, the Renaissance. The “intersection” is where groundbreaking innovation happens”

To remember

What is happening nowadays is that the world, the companies are becoming global companies that work with different people from different countries in different countries, and for this reason we have to be ready for answering the necessities that nowadays are simply common.
