GHoops Training makes player development more convenient

Group Training Sessions

GHoops group sessions are designed for female basketball players of all ages and all skill levels. During sessions we instruct the participants on proper technique, footwork, and form. Sessions are taught by former college coaches & players. Our key focus during the 3 hour session are the fundamentals of basketball (ballhandling, shooting, passing, footwork) , agility drills, body weight strength training, and motivational moments. Participants will learn drills and inspirational facts that they can use to help them once our staff has completed the session.
