ISOK Middle School ~ Special Edition 11/01/2020

Hello ISOK Middle School!!!

We are so excited that we continue to grow at ISOK! We began the school year with 148 students and 9 teachers. Tomorrow, we will have 240 students and 12 teachers! Unfortunately, with growth comes growing pains. You have continued to be flexible as we add students, add teachers and change schedules and I greatly appreciate it! Every decision is made based on what we believe is best for our students.

With the addition of 74 students beginning Monday, Nov 2, there is another need for schedule adjustments in order for the teachers to best serve your student.7th and 8th grade students who have Ms. Molder and/or Mrs. Hammack will have class connect sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. Thursdays and Fridays will be independent work which can always be found in their PLAN. All other courses will continue to meet as previously scheduled. Your student will see this change reflected in their CC schedule.

Please let me, Ms. Molder or Mrs. Hammack know if you have any questions.

I hope that everyone's electricity has been restored and things have returned to normal for you and your family. Please let your teachers know if you need assistance getting caught up from last week.

Have a great week!

Mrs. Carrie Smith

ISOK MS Principal
