Wheat
Every whole grain kernel consists of 3 parts bran, endosperm, and germ
Bread
Each part provides different nutrients and other components that contribute to the health promoting benifits of whole grains.
Rice
Whole grain foods contain all of these parts in the same amounts originally present before processing.
Cereal
Cereal provides carbohydrates, protein, calcium, iron, sodium, magnesium, fiber, and B-complex vitamins.
Rice
Rice is a complex carbohydrate that does not have sodium or cholesterol and barley any fat.
Bread
Bread is made of wheat-flour dough that is cultured with yeast, and with a high level of gluten

2. The 100% stamp assures you that a food contains a full serving or more of whole grains in each labeled serving.
3. With whole grain stamp, finding three servings of whole grains is easy.
4. The stamps started to appear on store shelves in mid 2005.
5. Pick three foods with the 100% stamp or six foods with ANY whole grains stamp.
