Join our Fun, Friendly, Mummies Fitness Group!

Get Fit, Gain Energy, Feel Great, Have Fun with our Outdoor Fitness Group for Mums and Kids. Mums work on their fitness whilst kids play, eat, sleep or join in with Mum.

Sessions are designed to work on increasing strength and fitness levels whilst taking into account the post pregnancy body. Regaining and increasing core strength, building up cardio fitness and working on muscle tone.

Circuit Fitness, Cardio Boxing & Kickboxing, Body Weight Exercises, Medicine Balls, Sand Bags, Exercise Bands, Running/Power Walking and more....

Botannical Gardens - Coffs Harbour

9.30 to 10.30am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Bring Towel and/or Yoga Mat, Water, Toys and Snacks for Kids

$10 Per Session or $25 Per Week Casual Basis

Motivational Fitness & Weight Loss Package $150 includes 10 Sessions, Personal Consultation, Body Composition Analysis, Nutrition Plan and Training Singlet

I am a 40 year old Mum to two delightful girls aged 8 and 6. It wasn't until I became pregnant and had babies that I started taking fitness seriously. I developed gestational diabetes whilst pregnant with my first daugher but luckily it was easily controlled by tidying up my diet and taking regular exercise. This led me down the awesome path of fitness and I count my lucky stars for that diabetes..... it really changed my life for the better. I have lived and breathed fitness since having my children so I understand the every day battles us Mums have to take care of ourselves whilst tending to a young family. Pregnancy, child birth and looking after a young family most certainly takes a toll on our bodies and mental well-being. Exercising provides our bodies with a much needed boost to recover and regain strength, it also promotes mental well-being and our group environment provides fun, friendships and motivation. Plus... bring the kids along too.... no need for childcare.
