Small Steps... Big Results...Students First...
From The Principal's Desk...
CMS Families,
We had another great week at CMS. Combining cohorts A, B and C has placed us back into a more "normal" setting. The students have been awesome. The classrooms are set up to meet the suggested guidelines of spacing and student movement is clearly controlled and organized. Now, as we settle back in to our new setting, I'm quite confident that as students reconnect with in-person learning, we will gain some deeper momentum. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing efforts of our staff, as they work to ensure students are comfortable, reconnected and poised for success. We are all excited for week #2.
Mr. Olson and I will be holding a Community Coffee & Conversation on Friday, March 26 at 9:00 a.m. We would welcome you to join us through the link provided below. This will be an opportunity for us connect directly with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Wishing everyone a great weekend.
Yours in education,
Dean W. Packard, Principal

Battle of the Borders - Community Service Project
We are working in conjunction with Shepherd Hill's NHS to collect paper items as a community project. Paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and paper plates will all be collected - we are competing against DMS, therefore, any contributions will be accepted. All items will be stored in the main office area. We have all next week to collect our items. Thank you in advance.
STUCO's Food Drive - Community Service
We are also collecting food items as a joint effort to deliver to the St. John's Food Pantry in Worcester. All items are to be brought to homerooms where boxes are provided. The goal is to fill Mr. Packard's truck. If you have questions, please email our STUCO advisor, Miss Stone at sstone@dcrsd.org
