Virtual Learner Forward Testing 1:45 to 3:00 PM (Sutherland, Parnitzke, Blennert)

Tuesday 4/20 - In Person Learning Hours 4,5,6,7. Abe's Learning Lab. In-Person Forward Testing during World History Class.

Wednesday 4/21 - In Person Learning Hours 1,2,3,0. Abe's Learning Lab. In-Person Forward

during World History Class.

Thursday 4/22 - In Person Learning Hours 4,5,6,7. Abe's Learning Lab.

Friday 4/23 - In Person Learning Hours 0-7. In-Person Forward Testing Session 2, during World History Class.


Monday, April 26th - Forward Testing from 1:45 to 3:00 PM for all 10th graders who are not enrolled in a World History Class.

Friday, April 30th - Staff Development Day, No School for Staff & Students

Friday, May 7th - ACT Aspire Testing, No School for Juniors & Seniors.

Our Lady Ships Volleyball Team lead by Coach Dixon competed on Saturday 4/17 for the State Championship against Appleton North. We are so proud of our Ships for their hard work and dedication during this alternate fall season. Check out that hardware!

Happy Monday Ships! Please check The Shipyard for the 2021 Spirit Week Court Voting ballot. Voting closes at 3:30pm on Wednesday 4/21. Spirit Week Court will be announced on Friday 4/23.

The Chamber of Manitowoc County is currently accepting applications for the 2021-2022 Jr. Leadership Manitowoc County Class. Please find the link to the google doc application below:

Requirements for acceptance into the program include:

-Students must be a high school junior during the 2021-2022 school year

  • Must demonstrate a capacity for leadership potential

  • Complete and interview with committee members from the Junior Leadership Curriculum Committee

Lincoln High School Weekend Food Backpack Program

We are happy to announce a partnership with Grow It Forward which will allow us to provide food assistance for families at LHS. Students who are enrolled in the program will receive a bag of food on the last day of school of each school week. We will include items to help provide simple meals for students on the weekends. There is no cost to the program. All parents have to do is fill out the attached form and we will get a bag of food items to you!

Youth Apprenticeship Opportunities

Sophomores and juniors! We still have openings in the following Youth Apprenticeship areas for next school year!

Industrial Maintenance

Youth Apprenticeship is a 1 or 2-year program that gives students the chance to explore a career area of interest. Students spend part of their school day doing real-life, hands-on, PAID learning under the guidance of a local business mentor.

Be sure to visit the BP station on Memorial Drive (adjacent to the Dairy Queen) and fill up your vehicle on our LHS Ships Pride Pump. $0.02 for every gallon of gas, will be donated to our LHS student activity fund to support student engagement opportunities such as Homecoming festivities, JFK Field House nights, Prom, End-of-year celebrations, Yearbook signing activities and more.

Ships and Ship Families, send a photo filling up at the Pride Pump to for your chance at some cool prizes!

- Assessment Corner -

Forward Testing Next Week!! Sophomores ONLY!

All in-person & Virtual Learners will participate in the Wisconsin Forward Social Studies exam the week of April 19th.

In-Person Learners will test during their World History class next week.

If you are not currently enrolled in a World History class or you are a virtual learner, you will test in-person beginning at 1:45 PM, following the schedule below. Please be sure to watch for Infinite Campus reminders in regard to Forward testing. IC Reminders will be sent to both students and families

Freshmen & Sophomores!

The ACT ASPIRE will take place on Friday, May 7th.

All in-person and Virtual learners will test in the building on May 7th.
