We are back and off to a great start of the 2022 - 2023 school year at NHS. Welcome to your first Parent/Family newsletter. You will receive a newsletter at the beginning of every month highlighting our wonderful students, administrators, teachers, coaches, faculty and staff. We will also use this newsletter to communicate pertinent information such as testing dates, social activities, and sports/club schedules. We are happy that your students are here and will do everything in our power to help them navigate the road to success. Welcome back Northside!!!
Northside High School Wins the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Cooperative Spirit Award!!!

NHS 9th Grade Meet and Greet
The 9th Grade Meet and Greet/ New Student Orientation Night was a huge success. Our youngest and newest Eagles came through the doors that night feeling so timid and afraid. Now they are walking around campus like they own the place. We are so happy to have them here!!!

Thanks to all of the parents, students, and community representatives that came out to our Scholarship workshop. Both students and parents received vital information about Senior year and beyond.

Thank you all for coming out to our Title 1 Information Session. We are a proud Title 1 school that goes above and beyond to help all of our students succeed.
Parents, please make sure that your students are on time and ready to perform each day. Also, please advise them that just because they are at school that does not mean that they will be counted present in every class. They have to be physically present in each class in order to be counted for the day...no skipping.
We were happy to welcome you all to our Open House this week. It's always great when our wonderful teachers get a chance to meet the parents/family of the students that they have the pleasure of teaching.
Congratulations are in order for Molly Crabb!!! She just keeps making us proud!!!
The Combat Bullying Assembly was a huge success. The students had a great time interacting with the hosts, while also being able to listen and be heard.
Northside High School Community Pep Rally was a blast. Thanks to everyone that came out to support our teams.

We had a record turn out for the Northside High School AFJROTC Parents Night. It was a great opportunity to communicate the plans and programs during this upcoming 22-23 AY! We appreciate the ongoing support of our Booster Club and parents!
Northside FFA kicked off the school year with a Water Fiasco at the Farm...Mr. Blalock, Mr. Talton, and Mrs. Taggart are truly dedicated to the FFA Family.
