Hour of Code
Students will celebrate Hour of Code the week of December 5 - 9, 2022 with Mrs. Daniels, Mrs. Merck, Mrs. Phillips, or Mrs. Wing! Students can also learn about and practice coding by using the Coding Choice Boards located in the "Student Resources" section of this newsletter. These resources are also located within ClassLink. Students can find them in the ItsLearning CASTLE Course by: clicking on Resources, clicking on Choice Boards, and clicking on December Choice Boards.
Biblionasium - A GoodReads for Kids!
Second - Fifth graders have begun learning about their Biblionasium account, located within ClassLink. Biblionasium is a closed, social media platform that allows students to: recommend books to peers in their grade-level, write book reviews, use an online reading log to create and complete their own reading challenges, and to learn about new books they might be interested to read. Ask your 2nd - 5th grader to show you!
