E&I Spotlight Recipient-Milton Barber-Cinton

The Equity and Inclusion Department’s student spotlight recognizes students for successes beyond athletics and traditional academic achievements. Recognizing students who light up a room with a smile, always include their peers in discussions and groups, offer support to those having trouble, and never give up on an assignment or new concept. This spotlight recognizes students for who they are and what they bring to the classroom.

The first E&I Spotlight Recipient is Milton Barber-Cinton

"Milton is a dedicated student who worked full-time while attending to his studies. He and his family faced displacement issues in Puerto Rico during the hurricane which disrupted his education, and he has overcome language issues in order to succeed in school". - Mrs. Cloud
