Introduction
There are many examples we can follow nowadays. Athletes, political leaders, but these people are the ones that really worked hard to be appreciated. Persevering means to get by troubles but still keep going. Here are some of the most inspiring people who did that through many struggles.
Compare/Contrast- Jackie Robinson vs Winston Churchill
Cause/Effect- Josiah Viera
Josiah was born with a genetic disease that was incurable. When the doctors decided to take him off the ventilator when he was a child they thought there was no hope for him. The next morning they found him alive and breathing. After the miracle doctors started to notice and were astonished. He had grown to like baseball maybe because it didn't use time as its way to measure the game but innings. He know that he still has the disease and that he might die some day because of it. But he still loves to play baseball.
Problem/Solution- Alissa Sizemore
Alyssa was 8 years old when he leg was severed by a moving truck. Alyssa had a passion for dancing and wanted to become famous because of it. Due to the incident, everyone had thought that she had given up her dreams to dance, but instead, it only encouraged her more. She auditioned for lessons and did it without her prosthetic leg. She worked very hard in that class. In a recent viral video she took off her prosthetic leg while she was dancing to show that she didn't care if she didn't have a leg, she still loved to dance.
Sequencing- Winston Churchill
Winston Churchill experienced many adversities, he had polio, he suffered from multiple strokes during his career as a prime minister but he still persevered to serve his country. Many people disliked him because his failure in the war of 1945. He still ran though and succeeded later as Prime Minister. He is now considered as one of England's greatest Prime Ministers.
