Students, classes, and teachers are chosen at random to be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating one of our five character traits - Pride, Respect, Individual Responsibility, Determination and Empathy. Thank you to all of the Titus families for your support of our Paws for PRIDE program.
Veterans Day and Morning Drop Off
This Monday, November 11th, Titus will be honoring approximately 30 veterans with a school wide assembly. Due to this assembly first thing in the morning, some of our teachers may be parked in the middle of our car line in order to provide close parking spots for our veterans. Please be careful as you drive around the back of our building to drop your child(ren) off on this day. Afternoon car line will not be impacted.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we take the time to honor our veterans on this important day.
Walker and Bike Dismissal Reminder
Parents of our walkers and bike riders who leave through our dining room are reminded that they should not be driving and parking by the cafeteria doors. We have many staff members who park in this area for After Care and it may cause a dangerous situation for our walkers and bike riders who are leaving at the end of the day.
We appreciate your help in keeping our Titus children safe. If you need to pick up your child(ren) as a car rider, please use the car line in the back of the building and send communication to your child's teacher. Please do not pick up your child as a car rider by the cafeteria doors.
Fall Conferences
Fall conference sign ups will be sent to all families by your classroom teacher on Wednesday, November 13th after 5pm. The sign ups are completed through Sign Up Genius. If you have any difficulty filling in the spots that are listed, please contact your child(ren)'s teacher to make other arrangements.
Conference Dates: December 12th and 13th
Rules
We’re collecting selfies from our families in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade that are reading Rules at home. If you and your child(ren) are reading the book together, feel free to snap a selfie and send it in. 4th grade families please email your photos to nweidenhammer@cbsd.org , 5th grade families please email your photos to kyuknus@cbsd.org , and 6th grade families please send your photos to sbyrne@cbsd.org . We’ll print the picture and add it to our school bulletin board.
Happy reading!

Titus in Action
Race for Education
On Friday, November 1st, Titus students participated in Race for Education. Prior to the start of the race, students enjoyed an assembly which created enthusiasm for the day. A special congratulations to Ethan B for winning the $100 Visa gift card, Khrishitha N. who won a $25 Applebee's gift card and Kamryn L., John M., Caleb A., Kayleen I., Carter F., Kathryn R., Adison H. who will take a limo ride with Mrs. Pustay to Friendly's later this year.
After the assembly, students spent an hour of their day walking and doing a variety of other physical activities. This event is anticipated every year not only because of the walk but also because of the support it provides for all Home & School activities. Donations totals are currently over $10K. So please keep sending in those donations or go online to donate so that we can reach our goal of $35,000.
