What Is Ergonomics?
Ergonomics is the study of people's skills in their working environment. It is how they progress and work in their environment to fulfill their dreams based on what position they are in. For every digital citizen it is best to work in a good position cause working in a bad position will cause many problems to your body.
Your Spine
Many people have health problems in their back area and they show many features of those health problems. Like their backs are hunched over and their necks feel like they are burning. To prevent these problems we have to sit up straight, put our feet on the floor, and adjust our chair, and many more.
Your Hands and Fingers
Many people have problems with their hands and fingers and need to fix this. They show problems like having pain in their fingers and have wrist tendonitis. To fix these problems they can take a short break and use different equipment to make them safe and comfortable.
Your Eyes
Your eyes are very precious to you and they help you see everything in the world. However many people have problems with their eyes and need to realize that those problems are dangerous. Those problems could be myopia, presbyopia, and astigmatism. To prevent these problems you need to sit at a proper distance away from your computer and take breaks away from your computer.
What is OSHA? (Occupational Safety and Health Administration )
OSHA is a federal organization that is part of the Department of Labor that ensures a safe and healthy working conditions for Americans by enforcing standards and help provides workplace safety training. OSHA gives you the right to make sure that their environment is safe for them. Those rights give you the chance to work in a safe healthful workplace, report injuries to your employer, and be free from retaliation for safety and health rights.
Negative Effects of Bad Digital Health
Many people have bad health and need to fix it. There are negative effects if you do not fix your bad health. You will get musculoskeletal disorders, back pain, and dislocated bones.
