Hackberry Howl
Vol. 2 No. 8
Teamwork!
I often ponder the differences in those teams and I came up with this. Each of my great teams had one goal in mind "WE" and not "ME". How can I make those around me better? How can lift up my team? How can I celebrate them when they succeed?
These questions are ones that our staff here at Hackberry use daily. You use these with their grade-level team and with our Hackberry team as a whole. A great example of this was the group of Hackberry staff that worked together to make the Homecoming Float. What an awesome display of teamwork. This masterpiece shows that when people work together all things are possible. During the parade the staff was shouting "What are we about? LOVE SERVE CARE...All great teams love one another, serve each other, and care whole-heartedly for each member of the team.
Thank you for being the best team for our students!
Keep Howling!
