Mindfulness Practices for Familes

Mindfulness is curious awareness to what you are doing at each moment.
This practice is one of compassion from moment to moment without judgement.

In this 4 week, 1 hour class families will learn ways to reduce stress, improve focus, relax, breath deeper, appreciate the simple things and learn gentle movement that anyone can do.
