What is Judicial Review??
Judicial review is the power of the supreme court to declare laws and actions of local, state, or national governments unconstitutional.
Impact?
It established the judicial review.
How it effects the people today?
It effects the people today because if you have a problem nor someone is violating your rights you can go to the supreme court. Each year it hears dozens of cases in which questions of constitutionally are not raised, but in which federal law is interpreted and applied.
