Health

To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday I will get at least a couple work out days in and maybe keep a food journal.Also lay back on the junk food and eat a little more of the healthy stuff.

Pain

I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by just accepting it because its a normal thing and it is a positive thing.What I will gain from that "pain" is I will know when something bad is happening to my body and then I can change what I'm doing so there is less damage done to my body.
