What is a calorie?
A calorie is in our bodies. We measure energy in a unit called calories.
Why do you need to eat calories?/How does your body use it?
You need calories for energy and your body uses it to operate your body as in keeping your heart beating and keeping your lungs breathing.
How do you calculate calories?
You take the calories and multiply by the water which is 20ml.
What is the difference between a calorie and a Calorie?
A Calorie is bigger than a calorie. They are 1000 calories in a Calorie.
What does it mean if a food is calorie vs. low-calorie density foods?
It is a food measurement of the average calories per weight (gram or ounce) of that food.

Some restaurants have started posting calorie information about all of their food item. Do you think this is a good idea? Why or why not?
Yes because then people can watch there weight. Also they don't have to worry about the calories.
How should the number of calories you consume compare the calories you burn? What happens if they don't match?
If you want to stay you don't eat more and you watch your calories. If you want to gain weight you eat more. Then if you want to loose weight you burn your calories. If they don't match then you won't stay your weight.
Provide an example of a positive choice regarding calories.
Since I learned a little more about calories I know that food isn't evil you can still eat it you just have to do activities to burn the calories.
