Colt Corner
Celebrating 40 Years of Excellence
January 20, 2017
Dear Colt Parents,
There is always a wealth of great learning and activities at CMS weekly. This week has been especially exciting for our boys' basketball program. The 7th and 8th grade teams took 5 of 6 wins this week. The success in the scores was apparent, but in the behind the scenes came a lot more wins. The student-athletes gave themselves a chance for success when no one was watching in their daily process to improve. GRIT is the theme of that program, which is evident in the hard work that is put in daily in the weight room, practices, locker room and classes. It is that kind of dedication and commitment by our staff and students that continues to remind us of the great things happening at CMS! You can check out one of our student-athletes below on Twitter, Sean Fanning, as he tells us a little more about the program. Have a great weekend!
BEST,
David Arencibia, Ed.D.
