Why am I being blocked from sending emails?
For example, if you are on the $25 monthly Business plan, you are limited to 2,000 contacts. This means you can send to these 2,000 contacts as much as you'd like. However, if you decide to upload 2,500 contacts, your ability to send emails though Smore will be blocked.
How can I restore my ability to send emails?
1. You can remove contacts from your Mailing List so that your contacts do not exceed your plan's contact limit. You can learn more about how to remove a Mailing List by clicking here.
2. You can upgrade to a larger Pro plan that allows the amount of contacts that you uploaded into your Mailing List. You can upgrade to a larger plan by visiting: www.smore.com/pricing

How are contacts counted?
We do have some special cases:
- If you have email addresses doubled within the same Mailing List, our system will only count the email once.
- If the same email address occurs on different Mailing Lists, each email address will be counted uniquely.
What if I just remove and then add my contacts as I go?
In this situation, the only option is to upgrade to a larger Pro plan that can accommodate your actual amount contact list size.
What will happen if I don't remove contacts?
We will not be able to offer any refunds for blocked accounts. You can read more about this in our Terms of Service.
