Uses for Training

To develop the social learning aspect of a training course, a trainer must find different ways to help the participants stay engaged, interact, and "Do." With Adobe Connect, trainers can create programs which allow participants to do all of these.

For example:

  • Trainers can create mini breakout sessions within the training, so participants have time to interact directly with each other and work towards a common goal. This can encourage collaboration and build relationships within the participants.
