LGBTQIA+ Community Dinner
We Hope You Can Join Us
LGBTQIA+ Community Dinner
The Center for Intercultural Life (CIL) in collaboration with the Human Rights Center and Common Ground invites LGBTQIA+ identifying faculty, staff and students to a community building dinner on April 25th at 6:00 PM in the Lincoln Room. *Doors will open at 5:45PM*
Knox has had an increasing population of LGBTQIA+ identifying students and we are hoping to build a stronger intergenerational LGBTQIA+ community with students, faculty, and staff. We believe this would allow for a stronger sense of safety, inclusion and solidarity on our campus and in our campus community. This event will also be open to the local Galesburg community and allies to the LGBTQIA+ community. Please feel welcome to join!
Dinner will be provided by the Center for Intercultural Life.
Contact Tianna Cervantez, tcervant@knox.edu with any dietary preferences.
Programming will be lead by the Human Rights Center and Common Ground.
Please rsvp by April 19, 2019. Reservations are needed for an accurate meal count and seats are limited.
