- Beer & Wine by the Drink License @ 415 S. Thompson.
- Agreement with DEP for DEP's Facade program to match private investment for awning & signage improvements in downtown (ARPA $50,000).
- Agreement with Vireo to resubmit grant request to fund Safe Streets & Sidewalk program (ARPA $51,900).
- Agreement with PSI for geotechnical services for Century Park dam modification (County ARPA $18,750). Pond will provide stormwater control for the Community Center & new Aquatics Facility.
- Agreement with Lamp Rynearson ($47,400) for 2022 Overlay Project, engineering contract. Street improvements planned in Westwood Hills Subdivision including Pierson, Virginia Road, Garden Lane, Wisconsin & Frontier for a mill/overlay, base repairs in Cherry Hills & portions of N & H Highway inside city limits (S. Marietta & St. Louis Ave) will include prep work for a chip/seal project in 2023. Trans Trust will allocate up to $800K to fund as much street improvements as possible.
- Agreement with D&B Equipment for pump replacement at WWTP to transfer water back from storm water basin to plant for treatment, $45,034 from Sewer Rates.
- Consider rezoning on Meadowlark Lane to C-3 to provide for commercial development of the land & appropriations.
Tuesday Municipal Elections - one seat is up this year, with three candidates on the ballot - Brent McElwee, Sharon Donat, & Mark Spohn.

Key Project Update
- Roof replacement is underway at the Police Station
- Naviline, the ERM software was moved from dish to fiber this week, improving our connectivity; Fire Station also moved to fiber, enables switch to VOiP phones & savings
- Digester at WWTP is close to completion & Salt Barn concrete floor is being poured
- Plan to demolish donated house on Curtis after Fire Department uses the house for training & Installed culverts on Lover's Lane, road closed this week to patch road
- Street Sweeper completed winter maintenance, ready for spring
- Community Center Phase 2 - Visual Perspectives are coming soon to share what the aquatic facilities will look like
- Community Foundation has received 3 donations to Community Center Membership Scholarship fund. Enable students who have worked hard to qualify for the gift of membership at the Center.
- Listening Post held to discuss the pro & cons on whether to lift the Pit Bull Breed Ban. Panelist included KC Pet Project April Moore, Animal Attorney Katie Barnett, Veterinarian Dr. Pete Rucker, Police Chief Greg Dull, & citizen Angela Argit. Panelist shared their viewpoints & engaged perspectives from Animal Control Officers Kristina Baxter & Melissa Davis.
