Enhance 4th and 5th graders keyboarding skills
Counselor's Corner By: Jane Steiner, School Counselor
During the month of November, the character trait highlighted is CITIZENSHIP. I will be reading "Monster Needs Your Vote" by Paul Czajak to the school. Students who are chosen to represent their class for showing citizenship will be highlighted on the morning announcements show and receive a certificate at the end of the month.

Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and First Grade classes will also have a guest from Joe DiMaggio's Children Hospital presenting the "Teddy Bear Clinic". Students will be asked to bring in their favorite stuffed animal to use as their "patient" while they are learn an overview of the healthcare setting and introduced to medical equipment. Informational flyers will be sent home shortly.
