- Please be mindful that if there is thunder and lightening students should not be outside playing.
- GRADES WILL BE DUE BY 12:00 NOON ON MONDAY, JUNE 3. The district has requested that after completing grades teachers print their grade report, sign it and return it to the school's administration. An email will be sent with the directions for generating this report. This is being asked to prevent errors in reporting. The report can be as long as 20 pages. Crystal will provide the paper if you need it, please make requests to her. This will be on your end of the year checklist as "Signed Grade Confirmation Report."
- Please poll the number of students in your class that will be getting a bagged lunch on the last two half days of school. Please send these numbers to Heather Thomas before leaving Wednesday.
- You will be getting an email shortly that includes the science kit refurbishment sheets. This will also be on your end of the year checklist, please make sure these are completed and turned in to Rhonda. These can be done on a classroom or grade level basis. We will not be changing science kits for grade levels next year. The new standards won't take effect until August 2014. We won't know what the new standards look like, officially, until December 2013 and PD will begin in the spring.
- We will begin collecting textbooks May 27-May 31. I will place a sign up sheet on the table in the conference room with times to sign up to have students bring books to the textbook closet for this collection. If none of these times work for you please let me know...we can be flexible.
