Minecraft Camps! - FULL!
Minecraft Camp is FULL!
Entering Grades 2-6: July 9
One of the most popular STEM tools for kids is Minecraft. This sandbox-style, best-selling game allows kids to stretch their creative wings to build, discover and problem-solve in a world of their own creation. Minecraft introduces kids to the building blocks of STEM including coding, video game design and development, level design and more.
Our Minecraft camp provides kids the opportunity to explore the underlying design of the game, encouraging computational thinking, collaboration and creativity. It also provides more experienced campers the opportunity to dive deeper into game design, modding, and level development.
Elementary Robotics Camps!
Robots are everywhere - from the factories and manufacturing plants we work in, to the hospitals we visit, and everywhere else. They automate our tasks for us and, in many instances, make our lives easier. Kids in our robotics camps will explore robots from the ground up - from building and design, to code, to implementation.
Lego Mindstorms EV3 makes building, programming and commanding robots more fun than ever! Kids will build robots, bring them to life via programming, command and control them and share their creations with fellow campers.
