New guidance for schools
We are reviewing the new guidance for schools issued yesterday by the governor’s office and the Washington Department of Health, and we will discuss it with Clark County Public Health officials. Based on this new guidance, we anticipate that VPS and other county districts may be able to accelerate the transition to small group, in-person learning for kindergarten through fifth-grade students in January, contingent upon CCPH support and COVID-19 metrics.
Please continue to watch for updates.
