NC Estuaries
Roanoke Sound
Roanoke Sound
The Roanoke is located between the central Outer Banks and Roanoke Island.
Estuaries are very important. They are important because it is a place for fish, wildlife, and plants to live in the mixture of fresh and salt water. They also are places where fish have there babies. If are estuaries are no taken care of we would be polluting or destroying wildlife, fish, people, plants, and the waterways that are fed into it.
