Layer Up & Mask Up

We want our friends to be warm, safe, and healthy! Come to school prepared with masks, coats, hats and gloves. If your student is in need of a coat or hat, contact Mr. Sollas by calling the main office 443-809-7008. There is a hat and glove tree for those in need in the front entrance of the building as well.

BCPS has a mask policy. All staff and visitors to the building must wear a mask upon entry into the building. The school has masks for guests if one is needed. We encourage students to come with mask each day.

Celebrating Martin Luther King Jr.

Students should look forward to an amazing lesson about Martin Luther King Jr. this month taught by Mrs. Spence in Vocal Music class!

Important Reminders from the Nurse

  • Please contact the nurse if your student has been exposed to COVID-19 in the community or in the household, or if they test positive for COVID-19 so we can determine an appropriate quarantine for your student.
  • If your student is exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, congestion/runny nose, sore throat, vomiting/diarrhea or loss of taste/smell, severe headache), please keep them home and contact the school nurse or your child’s health care provider.
  • If your student has been vaccinated against COVID-19, please submit documentation of immunization. Fully immunized students will not be required to quarantine if exposed to COVID-19 (as of 1/11/22).
