Change in Dismissal for Walkers and Pick Ups
We have made changes to our end of day dismissal for walkers and car pick ups. Please complete this form one time if your student(s) is a walker or car pick up on a regular basis. This is not applicable for preschool or half day kindergarten students. If your student(s) has a change in dismissal, please call the main office (No later than 3:15pm) or send in a note to your child's teacher.
PICK UPS: All car pick ups will be dismissed at 3:25pm at Door G. Parents/guardians will need to pick student(s) up by providing the staff member at the door with the name(s) of your student(s). Students will no longer exit the building and find their adult.
WALKERS: All walkers will be dismissed at 3:25pm at Doors G & B. An adult does not need to be present for pick up. If picking up your student(s), please be at the door you've selected at this time.

Impact of Unpaid School Fees
As a reminder, all school fees that have not been paid are now considered past due. To check the balance and pay outstanding school fees, go to Pay Schools Central by clicking HERE. In addition to Pay Schools Central, school fees can be paid by cash/check to your student’s building secretary or with the Treasurer's Office. If you have questions related to this, please contact the building secretary or Dawn Evangelista (devangelista@scsmustangs.org) within the Treasurer's Department. As we are approaching a new school year, as well as the start of fall sports, per Board of Education policy, the consequences for outstanding prior year school fees will prohibit students from participating in any school extracurricular activities (i.e., athletics, student council, school clubs, etc.), field trips, and school sanctioned dances / events that require a purchased ticket. Shared Food Guidelines
The District adheres to guidelines for shared food and snacks so that we can promote safety, consistency, and equal access for the growing number of children who have life-threatening food allergies.
Red, White, Blue Encore Calendar
Students attend Encore Classes (Art, Music, PE) during a specific "color" week. Your child's teacher will share their specific class Encore Schedule with you. (Example: If I have PE on red weeks, I would want to dress appropriately (wear tennis shoes) on the days that are shaded red on the calendar).
