Namib Desert

The Namib Desert is a desert along the coast of Africa, the word Namib means vast place. The Namib Desert has been called the worlds oldest desert.

Cape of Good Hope

The Cape of Good Hope is a peninsula in the southern part of South Africa. It is called the Cape of Good Hope because when of Portuguese explorer found it he hoped it would lead to a sea route to India.

Johannesburg

Johannesburg is the largest city in South Africa and one of the capitals, it is the center of financial, industrial , and commercial business. Johannesburg lays in the center of the world largest gold field ,Witwatersrand

Zambezi River

The Zambezi is a river in Africa. It is the fourth longest river in Africa.

Limpopo River

The Limpopo River flows 1000 mile threw Africa.

Lusaka

Lusaka is the capital of Zambia, it is also the largest city in Zambia. Lusaka is a major trade center they also make industrial good such as cement, furniture, shoes, and textiles and process beverages, food, and tobacco.

Kalahari Desert

The Kalahari Desert is a dry basin that covers a large area of Southern Africa.

Cabinda

Cabinda is a area of Angola that produces lots of oil. It is the capital and largest city.

Orange River

The Orange River is the longest river in South Africa. In some part there are deposits of diamonds.

Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls is a beautiful waterfall in Africa, it is along the zambezi river. IT is a major tourist attraction the supports the economy.
