DIGITAL FLYER DELIVERY
Exciting news! In an effort to provide increased access to information about school and community programs and events, Caroline County Public Schools is preparing to launch Peachjar. This new platform will enable us to send important school and approved after school flyers to parents digitally, saving our schools time, money, and paper.
School-approved digital flyers will be sent to your email inbox where you can easily click to sign up for events and programs. You can also view all approved flyers by clicking the Peachjar button located on your school’s website homepage.
No action is required to begin receiving this communication from your school. You’ll receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. You don’t need to log in to receive or view school flyers, but you can log in to adjust your delivery preferences.
To ensure you don’t miss notifications, we suggest you add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts and click “always display images” when you receive your first email.
This system is used exclusively for the distribution of school-approved flyers only. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, and events!

Service Learning Hours -
Please make every effort to complete your service learning as soon as possible. 75 hours of service learning is not only a graduation requirement but is very beneficial when completing college and scholarship applications.
It must be done prior to your senior year to avoid loss of privileges and being placed on the obligation list.
1. If you need mid-year transcripts, it is your responsibility to either request them through Naviance or in writing. If in writing please submit your request to Mrs. Wilkins.
2. If you are going to college next year, you need to complete the FAFSA by the end of February to have a chance to get aide from Maryland and most colleges.
Wellness
Happy National School-Based Health Care Awareness Month!
Study after study has shown that school based health centers help reduce lateness and missed time at school and work, increase grades, and better connect students, teachers, and parents. This is so important because in order to do well in school, students must be present, healthy, and ready to learn! And what better way is there to help children stay healthy, than to provide some of that care at school, where students spend the majority of their time!
Did you know that Caroline County is the only public school system in the entire state to offer school based wellness center services in each of their schools? Your child has access to the Choptank Community Health School Based Health Center at NCHS! The NCHS SBHC is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am-3pm. Services include treatment of acute minor illnesses such as strep throat, ear infections, and rash, evaluation and management of sports and related injuries, asthma care and various other health and dental education. Appointments can be made through the school nurse’s office, by sending a note to school with your child, or by calling 410-479-3770. The Wellness Center can be reached during office hours via telephone at 410-479-4653.
