Although this year was not what we had hoped for in terms of wins and losses, we grew a lot, on and off the court as individuals and as a team. Coming into this season we only had 2 players who received significant varsity playing time in the 2015-2016 season. One of those players, senior captain Madison Pisut, suffered a season ending injury in our tip-off tournament. In her absence we had a lot of players who stepped up, especially senior Noelle Woodman. Noelle, also a team captain, led our team in defensive and offensive rebounds, points, free throw and field goal percentage and was 3rd on the team in assists and steals. Her hard work was recognized by her coaches, teammates, as well as by other teams in our conference. Noelle was selected as honorable mention to the Suburban One League American Conference.
There were many others who contributed this year and are ready to take the next step for the 2017-2018 season. Phoebe Longstreth (10th) and Brianna Hughes (9th) are two of our underclassman who are poised to take our program in the right direction moving forward. Phoebe played roughly 32 minutes a game as our point guard in her first full varsity season. She was 3rd on the team in rebounds, 1st in steals and 1st in assists. Brianna was 3rd on the team in points, 2nd in steals, assists, and rebounds and led the team in blocks and spectator compliments.
Off the court, our players and coaching staff have been fortunate enough to participate in great events such as the CHOP Parkway Run, Toys for Tots donation game, the Primary School Fall Fest, and a dodgeball tournament for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. - Coach Matt Carroll

Damian Washington finished 4th on the schools All-Time 3 Pt. Shooting List. Shane Stone moved into the top 5 of the Career Rebounding List as well.
The coaching staff would like to thank the seniors for all of their tremendous contributions to the program. They will all be missed and we wish them nothing but the best as they close out this chapter of their lives in high school and move onto successful lives post high school.

The Boys Indoor Track team had a very successful season. They worked extremely hard all season and their hard work and dedication paid off. The throwers all threw at or near their personal bests. The distance runners were on point all dropping season best times. The sprinters, jumpers and middle distance runners were able to qualify for the season ending Meet of Champions and as with the rest of the Boys team, run their best races at the end of the season.
A special shout out to the seniors - Scotty Murphy, Zane Ajlani, Mark Kirschenmann, Will Morales and Ben Johnson. Gentlemen, thank you for your years of dedication to the program and you will be missed. Thank you!
Girls:
The Girls Indoor Track team concluded their season and is looking forward to rolling the success from Indoor Track in to the Spring. Mary Thompson ran personal bests in 3 different races this season, while Olivia Metz and Chloe Moros were at or near their personal bests all season. Amelia Przychowicz steadily progressed in both the shot put and sprints. Victoria Leister showed her versatility by running everything from the 200 to the 1200 and both long and triple jumping.
Christina Kane was the girls lone senior and even though she battled nagging injuries and illness she was the team's top sprinter and vocal leader. The Penn State recruit is hoping to rebound in the spring but will no doubt be there to help her teammates. Thanks for a great senior season Christina.
